Coimbatore (Tamil Nadu), Jun 16 (ANI): A Coimbatore based textile company Shiva Texyarn Ltd will soon launch face masks made of anti-viral fabric which, the company claims, can deactivate coronavirus upon contact. Giving brief about the anti-viral fabric, K.S. Sundararaman, Managing Director of Shiva Texyarn said that when a virus comes in contact with this fabric , the virus will get deactivated within 30 seconds to 2 minutes. The face masks are very convenient to people, who find it difficult to use masks with filters as breathing is difficult in these masks. Sundararaman claims that the face masks using the anti viral fabric will have the life of ten wash cycles.
