Ranchi (Jharkhand), Dec 04 (ANI): Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren on December 03 paid tribute to Param Vir Chakra awardee Lance Naik Albert Ekka. Lance Naik Albert Ekka died on December 03, 1971. He was posthumously awarded the Param Vir Chakra, India’s highest wartime gallantry award. The statue is placed in the heart of the state's capital city.
