Chief Ministers bow down before Lord Ganesha

Bhopal (MP)/ Mumbai/ Chennai, Aug 22 (ANI): Nation is celebrating Ganesh Chaturthi on August 22. The festival is celebrated to mark the birth anniversary of Lord Ganesha. Chief Ministers of different states also prayed to Lord Ganesha at their residence with families. Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray offered prayers to Lord Ganesha at his residence with his family. Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan’s family welcomed Lord Ganesha’s idol at their residence. Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Edappadi K Palaniswami also performed prayers to Lord Ganesha with his family. Lord Ganesha is worshipped as remover of obstacles.
