Shillong (Meghalaya), Nov 21 (ANI): COVID-19 might have restricted humans to their homes but it has no control over the nature. The beautiful hill station, Shillong has turned pink with blooming cherry blossoms. A local said, “The cherry blossoms here are beautiful and tourists come here from several places.” The ‘India International Cherry Blossom Festival’, which is hosted every year in Shillong, has been cancelled this year due to ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. But there are a few tourists who came here to appreciate the pink beauty. These beautiful flowers can be spotted across Meghalaya during this time of the year.
