Kolkata, Dec 11 (ANI): After the attack over JP Nadda’s convoy on December 10 in West Bengal, TMC MP Kalyan Banerjee claimed that central government has “no authority” for any explanation in respect to law and order situation in state. He said, “State govt is accountable to answer to the state assembly. No other person can call for any explanation in respect of law and order situation, especially Central govt. This is a violation of the Constitution. This is colourable exercise of power.”
