New Delhi, Aug 18 (ANI): Union Ministry of Health, Secretary, Rajesh Bhushan on August 18 briefed media over the current COVID-19 situation of the nation. He said the case fatality rate of COVID-19 in India is below 2%. “Recovered patients more than 19.70 lakhs which is 2.93 times the active cases. India recorded the highest ever number of tests in the last 24 hours - a little more than 8,99,000”, he added.
