Bus services affected in Karnataka as transport staff goes on strike

Bengaluru, Dec 11 (ANI): Bus services got affected in Karnataka on December 11 after employees of BMTC (Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation), KSRTC (Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation), NEKRTC (North Eastern Karnataka Road Transport Corporation), and NWKRTC (North Western Karnataka Road Transport Corporation) went on strike. The protesting staff wants their jobs to be regularised, and demanded to be considered as government employees. In wake of the strike, Bengaluru bus terminal was seen deserted. The stranded passengers were seen waiting for bus there.
