Samba (Jammu and Kashmir), June 25 (ANI): Border Security Force (BSF) personnel and officers offered ‘chadar’ at Baba Chamliyal mausoleum in Jammu and Kashmir’s Samba. This year, the famous Chamliyal mela or festival got postponed due to COVID-19 pandemic. Mausoleum is also closed for devotees because of coronavirus.
