BSF organises plantation drive in Srinagar

Srinagar (J&K), Dec 24 (ANI): Border Security Force (BSF) organised plantation drive on Zabarwan Hills of Srinagar. The aim was to promote environment awareness in the Valley. Several people participated in the plantation drive. A local said, “This is a great step as it is important to keep our environment clean and pure and is duty of every person.” Locals hailed the initiative taken by the BSF. “I am grateful of BSF that they organised plantation drive here which is very good. The situation has got worsened as we’re continuing cutting the trees. This plantation drive is good for us as we get oxygen through trees and is beneficial for us,” another local said.
