New Delhi, Aug 18 (ANI): Supreme Court has dismissed plea of utilisation of PM CARES Fund for National Disaster Management on August 18. In its order, SC said that that PM CARES Fund money cannot be directed to be deposited or transferred to the National Disaster Relief Fund. On SC's order related to PM CARES Fund, Union Law and Justice Minister, Ravi Shankar Prasad said, “Transparency is writ large in PM Cares Fund both in terms of legal requirement and transparent management of funds received on a voluntary basis. Our government has completed six years. Our government has not faced even a single accusation of corruption.”
