Udhampur (J&K), Feb 02 (ANI): Bird flu confirmed in a village near Dhandal panchayat in J&K’s Udhampur. The samples of few birds including peacock tested positive for Avian Influenza. Wildlife Range Officer of Udhampur, Rakesh Sharma said, “Samples of few birds including peacock in a village near Dhandal panchayat tested positive for Avian Influenza. We are inspecting the surrounding area and are taking measures as per SOP and guidelines.”
