Karakat (Bihar), Oct 15 (ANI): Addressing a public rally ahead of the Bihar elections in Karakat town of Rohtas district on October 15, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) president JP Nadda said, “It is very easy to give speeches and slogans in politics but only a person who has 56-inch chest can serve the poor.”
