Bhagalpur (Bihar), Oct 23 (ANI): Ahead of upcoming Bihar assembly elections, Prime Minister Narendra Modi during rally in Bhagalpur urged people in Bihar to cast vote following COVID guidelines and social distancing norms. He also requested people to ‘go local’ this festive season. “Each and every citizen of Bihar must cast his/her vote in the upcoming Bihar Elections, following all COVID-19 guidelines and social distancing norms. Also, I will like to appeal to all to 'Go Local' while you shop for the festivals this year, promote local artisans,” said PM Modi during poll rally in Bhagalpur.
