Samastipur/ Muzaffarpur/ Darbhanga (Bihar), July 23 (ANI): Several districts of Bihar are under great difficulties due to flood situation. Several houses have submerged leaving locals without food and shelter. A local of Dilahi village in Darbhanga district said, "We don't have a place to sit or sleep. There is no food. We haven't received any help from govt." Meanwhile, locals in Samastipur complained of lack of attention by the authorities. 21 NDRF teams have been deployed in state for relief and rescue operations.
