New Delhi, Nov 10 (ANI): Due to current situation of COVID-19, Election Commission of India has directed the officials to not be in hurry to declare the Bihar elections results and they’ll announce it by late night today. “The emphasis of EC is that procedures and guidelines relating to counting and COVID are to be sincerely followed. EC has directed that officials need not be in haste or hurry to declare results, they should take as much time as naturally required. Considering above facts, it is natural that it will take some more time than the normal time. The results may come by late night and the process is going smoothly for counting,” said Secretary General Umesh Sinha. According to latest trends by Election Commission, NDA is leading on 121 seats out of 243 in Bihar while, Mahagathbandhan is leading on 116 seats. AIMIM is leading on 5 seats, BSP on 1 seats and Independent on 2 seats.
