Bhubaneswar (Odisha), Jan 28 (ANI): Chandaka Police Station, the oldest police station in Odisha's capital Bhubaneswar, has grabbed the attention of people with uniqueness by creating "Public-Friendly-Park" inside the premises. The motive behind the park is to build better relations between the police and public. The police station was established in 1868. “People have a mindset to not visit police station for any respective work, as they believe it’s a place of cruelty. We have taken this initiative to change the mind-set of people regarding police, and want to provide a good environmental place in the police station to build better relationship between police and public,” said Chandaka Police Station In-charge, DK Biswal to ANI. The ‘Public-Friendly-Park’ has 50-60 varieties of flowers.
