New Delhi, Feb 13 (ANI): The second dose of COVID-19 vaccine has started being administered on February 13 in Delhi to those who took first shot on Day 1 of COVID-19 vaccine drive. The nationwide inoculation drive began on Jan 16. Nearly 80-lakh beneficiaries have taken the vaccine jab till now.
