Karnal (Haryana), Nov 0 1 (ANI): Haryana chief minister Manohar Lal Khattar on Ballabhgarh incident said that all legal provisions will be considered so that guilty is not able to escape and no innocent is punished. Manohar Lal Khattar said, “Since Ballabhgarh woman killing case is being linked with 'love jihad,’ Centre as well as state government is looking into it, and considering legal provisions so that guilty is not able to escape, and no innocent person is punished.” On October 26, a 21-year-old college girl was shot dead in broad daylight in Ballabhgarh. According to police, the incident happened when the woman went to write her college exam. Two accused have been arrested in the incident and are in police custody.
