Guwahati (Assam), Feb 28 (ANI): Bodoland People’s Front joined hands with Congress-led ‘MAHAJATH’ in the forthcoming Assam assembly election. In a joint press briefing on February 28 held in Guwahati, parties informed about this alliance. BPF has severed its ties with Bharatiya Janata Party. 126-member Assam assembly will hold polls in three phases on March 27, April 1, and April 6 and the results will be out on May 2.
