Assam CM inspects flood affected areas in Dhakuakhana

Lakhimpur (Assam), July 30 (ANI): Chief Minister of Assam, Sarbananda Sonowal, inspected the flood affected areas in Assam's Dhakuakhana on July 29. The Chief Minister also met locals affected by floods. According to Assam State Disaster Management Authority (ASDMA), over 130 people have died and more than 53 lakh people are affected across 30 districts. Additionally, agricultural land has been affected while thousands of people have been evacuated from the flood-affected areas.
