Apple growers of J&K’s Pulwama laud new agriculture laws

Pulwama (J&K), Oct 01 (ANI): Apple growers in Jammu and Kashmir’s Pulwama district welcomed the Centre for bringing new agriculture laws. Speaking to ANI, one of the farmer said, “Farm bills are in favour and benefit of farmers.” Another farmer added, “We can now sell our produce anywhere in the market now and we are happy with the move of government. They should think about the rates of apples as it should be higher in our region.” Around 80 thousand families in Pulwama district are producing quality apples every year.
