‘Aarti’ performed at Mumbai’s Siddhivinayak Temple on 2nd day of Ganesh festival

Mumbai (Maharashtra), Aug 23 (ANI): Morning ‘Aarti’ was being performed at Shree Siddhivinayak Ganapati Temple in Mumbai on the second day of Ganesh Chaturthi. Ganesh Chaturthi festival is celebrated every year with great fervour in India with thousands of devotees thronging temples and ‘Ganeshotsav pandals’ to offer their prayers. The celebrations this year will be minimal amid coronavirus pandemic. After 10 days of festivities, finally, the devotees bid adieu to the elephant-god for the year by immersing idol in water bodies.
