New Delhi, Jan 28 (ANI): Ahead budget session of Parliament, Congress leader Ghulam Nabi Azad on January 28 informed that 16 political parties are going to boycott President Ram Nath Kovind’s address, which will be delivered at the Parliament on January 29 (Friday). He said, “We're issuing a statement from 16 political parties that we're boycotting President's Address that will be delivered at the Parliament tomorrow. The major reason behind this decision is that the Bills (Farm Laws) were passed forcibly in both the Houses, without Opposition.” The budget session will start from tomorrow and will continue till Feb 15.
