The minister was seen asking an official about the 4-km long stretch of road which is being repaired, and how traffic congestion gets dealt with during road closures. The official informed Verma that the work gets done per lane and mainly done at night.
Delhi Minister Manjinder Singh Sirsa on Friday hit out at Alka Lamba over her 'photo-op' remark on Yamuna cleaning. Sirsa said that Congress' 'mentality' led to such statements.

Rekha Gupta will be the fourth woman Chief Minister of Delhi. The National Capital has had women Chief Ministers from the BJP, Congress, and Aam Aadmi Party. She will succeed Atishi.
