Speaking to ANI, Union Minister Scindia said, “Today PM Modi will come to Gwalior. He will launch development projects worth Rs 19,000 crores related to various sectors in the state. Under PM Awas Yojana, the foundation stone for 2.21 lakh houses would be laid.”
The event was led by Minister of Civil Aviation Jyoitiraditya Scindia at Rajiv Gandhi Bhawan in New Delhi where the cleaning activity at the service lane and premises adjoining Rajiv Gandhi Bhawan was carried out.
“Yashodhara Raje Scindia is our senior leader. Due to her health issues, she has requested the organisation that she does not want to contest elections this time. The organisation will take appropriate decisions on this,” Sharma told reporters here.

Union Civil Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia on Sunday inaugurated the revamped Tezu airport in Lohit district adding that it is a "historic day" for Arunachal Pradesh.
Tezu Airport is a domestic airport located in the city of Tezu which operates via a single runway. The domestic airport has undergone a transformation with the implementation of infrastructure upgrades worth Rs 170 crore.
Aviation minister Jyotiraditya Scindia will inaugurate the newly developed infrastructure of Tezu Airport in the presence of Deputy Chief Minister Arunachal Pradesh Chowna Mein, Airports Authority of India (AAI) member planning AK Pathak.
"A new Terminal Building at Tezu Airport is scheduled for inauguration on September 24, 2023. Currently, this domestic airport operates with a single runway and covers an area of 212 acres," the Ministry of Civil Aviation said in a post on X.
