The Assam Pradesh Congress Committee (APCC) has launched a public awareness campaign aimed at building an "Assam free from fear and anxiety," State Congress President Gaurav Gogoi announced during a press conference held in Hamren, Karbi Anglong.
Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma distributed Rs 10,000 each to over 31,000 women of self-help groups in Sonitpur under the Mukhyamantri Mahila Udyamita Abhiyan, reaffirming his government's commitment to women's empowerment and rural entrepreneurship across the state.
