Samajwadi Party on Wednesday hit out at Uttar Pradesh government over Budaun double murder, accusing BJP of carrying such incidents to create religious disputes among people.
Former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister and Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav stated on Tuesday that the electoral bond issue has exposed the BJP's extortion tactics, alleging that the saffron party engages in extortion by misusing ED and CBI raids.
According to the list that has been released by the party, the other candidates include Mahendra Nagar from Gautam Buddha Nagar (Noida), Manoj Kumar Raghvanshi from Misrikh, Bheem Nishad from Sultanpur, Jitendra Dohre from Etawah, and Narayan Das Ahriwar from Jalaun.
Addressing a huge public meeting organized at the Government Inter College here, the Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister said that both parties "should be thrown out" of the country.
"The government intends to end the voting rights of crores of Muslims through NRC. The next step of CAA is NRC. This is just a tactic to distract the people and an election stunt. We have no objection to people being given citizenship but why has religion been defined in that?" ST Hassan sai
