Commenting on the Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar's announcement of the formation of the State Sanitation Workers Commission, RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav emphasised the need to first ensure fulfilment of basic necessities for sanitation workers, like equipment and on-time salary.
