Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday lambasted the INDIA bloc partners, Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) and Congress, for halting the state's development and appealed voters to "protect" the state from their "malicious" intentions ahead of the Bihar assembly polls, due later this year.
Highlighting the developmental works undertaken over the last ten years in the state, Prime Minister Narendra Modi emphasised that transforming Bihar into a developed state is necessary to advance eastern India.
