Gwalior Police have arrested 15 persons and imposed NSA (National Security Act) against one accused in connection with Gurjar Mahakumbh violence that erupted in the district on September 25, a police official said on Thursday.
Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) MLC K Kavitha on Thursday termed the rape of a 12-year-old minor in Madhya Pradesh's Ujjain as heart-wrenching incident and emphasised the need for decisive action against such horrific crimes.
In a statement shared on X, formerly known as Twitter, the Rotterdam police said that they had arrested a 32-year-old suspect and were carrying out investigation whether he was linked to the shootings.

Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav on Thursday hit out at Shivraj Singh Chouhan-led Bharatiya Janata Praty (BJP) government over Ujjain minor rape incident saying that they should answer what steps have been taken for the security of women after being in power for 20 years.
During this, Gupta also discussed with the doctors and police about the conditions and statements of the victim, who is undergoing treatment at MTH Hospital in the city.
According to the party sources, the leadership came out with the formula and will take appropriate action on it. It also said that the party has started an exercise to take stock of the incidents that led to the separation of allies.
According to the Superintendent of police, the incident took place while the officer and his team were on their way to the polling booth for the elections of Hullenahalli milk producers’ cooperative society in Ramanagara district on Wednesday.
The court pulled up the Prosecution and observed, "Prosecution cannot raise presumption on the basis of one old video, to allege that accused was part of riotous mob in all subsequent incidents."
