On the increasing footfall of tourists in Himachal Pradesh during the ongoing Shimla Winter Carnival, Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu said it was encouraging that tourists were once again flocking to the state after the flood disaster last year.
