Amid the seat sharing speculation between the Aam Aadmi Party and Congress for the upcoming elections in Haryana, Congress leader Pramod Tiwari said on Saturday that the discussion is underway and they are ready to contest elections on every seat.
According to official release, this is the highest recovery made in a day by the Railway Protection Force of Northern Railway in the ongoing checking operations.
Within hours of them joining the party, wrestler Vinesh Phogat was fielded in the Julana constituency for the upcoming Haryana polls. Whereas, Bajrang Punia was appointed working president of the All India Kisan Congress.
Voting to the 90-member legislative assembly in Haryana will be held on October 5 and the last date for filing nominations is September 12. The counting of votes will be held on October 8.

With just five days left before the end of the deadline day for filing nominations for the upcoming Haryana Assembly Polls, Aam Aadmi Party National Spokesperson Priyanka Kakkar said that talks are still on for an alliance between AAP and Congress to contest the polls together.

Reacting to the speculations of the AAP-Congress alliance in Haryana, BJP spokesperson Shehzad Poonawala hit out at them on Saturday and said the INDIA alliance lacks mission and vision.
Jannayak Janta Party (JJP) candidate from the Dabwali assembly constituency, Digvijay Chautala congratulated wrestler Vinesh Phogat for entering politics and making a new beginning.
"I am very happy that my name is there in the list (for Haryana Assembly polls). Receiving a ticket is not an easy thing. I got the ticket, and I am very happy. I believe we will win by more seats. We will carry forward the development works in Radaur," said Bishan Lal Saini.
In response to Vinesh Phogat and Bajrang Punia's decision to join Congress, Haryana BJP president Mohan Lal Badoli said on Saturday that players are the pride of our country and that the party does not do politics on them.
