Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Shehzad Poonawalla on Thursday launched a scathing attack against the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), questioning why the AAP is announcing schemes like Pujari Granthi Samman Yojana and not just giving money without making such declarations.
He further attacked the BJP, saying that if they want to compete with Kejriwal they should also announce an honorarium of Rs 18,000 in the 22 states they govern.

Senior AAP leaders Manish Sisodia and Gopal Rai on Tuesday lauded the recent announcement of the Pujari Granthi Samman Yojana by the AAP National Convenor Arvind Kejriwal, under which Rs 18,000 per month honorarium will be provided to granthis and pujaris per month in Delhi.
