Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary on Thursday claimed that Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) "tortured" Congress and other parties in the Mahagathbandhan to declare Tejashwi Yadav as the Chief Ministerial candidate of the alliance for the upcoming Assembly polls.
