Based on reliable input, bordermen of 75 BSF battalions along with Narcotic Control Bureau Zonal HQ Kolkata launched a special joint operation on Sunday in a bordering village in the Coochbehar district of West Bengal.
"A huge cache of arms and ammunition including 5 AK Rifles, 7 Pistols, 4 Hand Grenades and other incriminating material has been recovered," they added.
