Bihar Minister Ashok Choudhary on Sunday took a swipe at Congress' "Voter Adhikar Yatra", saying Lok Sabha Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi should thank Chief Minister Nitish Kumar for the 'smoother' roads in the state, which have made the "big yatra" possible.
