Amid constant sloganeering and disruptions by the Opposition leaders, Leader of the House in Rajya Sabha JP Nadda on Tuesday attacked the Congress and asked about the "relationship" between George Soros and the Congress party, whereas Opposition demanded a discussion on Adani issue.
