New Delhi, Jan 19 (ANI): Makers of one of the world’s most popular instant messaging app WhatsApp announced the official launch of its new app for the business segment in select markets, including Indonesia, Italy, Mexico, the U.K. and the U.S., ahead of its planned worldwide rollout. The free-to-download Android app for small businesses is available and free to download on Google Play in Indonesia, Italy, Mexico, the U.K. and the U.S. The free-to-download Android app is in its beta version. The application will roll out to other markets, including India, soon. Through this app, the makers aim to help companies better connect with their customers and establish an official presence on the platform. The new app will make it easier for companies to connect with customers. The app will offer business profiles that will give customers useful information such as a business description, email or store addresses, and website.
