Unique technology developed to make products using eggs in Ludhiana’s Veterinary University

Ludhiana (Punjab), Sep 02 (ANI): Doctors and students of Guru Angad Dev Veterinary & Animal Sciences University (GADVASU) in Ludhiana have developed a technology for making products using eggs. These products are claimed to be chemical free. The motive of making these products is to increase consumption of eggs in different ways. Speaking to ANI, Dr Manish Kumar said, “We've developed 16 value-added egg products, including pickle and juice.”
