Twitter goes ‘down’ for second time in a week

New Delhi, Apr 21 (ANI): Micro-blogging social media platform Twitter went offline once again for the second time in a week on Friday at around 11 PM. The application was offline for about half an hour. The problem was experienced by users on websites as well as mobile applications in both iOS and Android. The message read "Twitter is temporarily over capacity. Please try again later". The users took on Twitter to display their anguish once it came back online. Before Friday, Twitter went offline on April 17th.
