New Delhi, June 13 (ANI): Twitter has good news for users who were at the receiving end of the age restriction-based ban by the social networking site. Twitter will soon restore accounts which were locked because of the new EU privacy rules and the company's own rules for users under 13 years of age, as reported by Cnet. The new rules made Twitter lock out those accounts which were identified as under-13 at the time of creation. However, those users are now old enough to use the platform.
