Google makes its database of political ads public

New Delhi, Aug 17 (ANI): Now the database of political ads by Google will be made public for the US candidates. The step has been taken by the search giant in order to tweak its role in online advertising being played in the US elections. Google has an archive, Ad Library dedicated for US political ads that were showed on Google and its partner properties. The Ad Library will provide ads about federal candidates or current elected federal officeholders. The public can also have details about those who paid for these ads. Once a week, the library will be updated, the Google said.
