General Motors put an e-commerce marketplace in dashboard

New Delhi, Dec 06 (ANI): Drivers of General Motor vehicles will soon be able to order a Starbucks coffee by tapping an icon on their dashboards. In cooperation with IBM, General Motor is outfitting two million of its 2017 models with a dashboard marketplace. By the end of 2018, four million Chevrolets, Buicks, GMCs and Cadillacs will have the shopping feature. On the menu: TGI Fridays and Applebee's for food, Starbucks and Dunkin' Donuts for coffee and snacks will be available. The platform is financed by stores on the dashboard.
