New Delhi, Jul 14 (ANI): Apple’s new MacBook Pro has been launched with keyboard that is protected against dust and crumb contamination. Gadget repair site iFixit has acknowledged that the silicon membrane found underneath each key keeps dirt and other unwanted particles to reach under the keyboard. The new membrane also ensures that the keyboard is much quieter now than the previous versions. iFixit also explained new keyboard designs that keep dust and crumbs at bay and prevents mechanical issues. The new keyboard version is based on a patented design called ‘Ingress Protection for Keyboards’.
