Apple to launch its smart speaker HomePod this February

New Delhi, Jan 24 (ANI): American phone maker Apple is all set to launch its smart speaker HomePod in early February this year. HomePod was first announced by Apple on June 5, 2017 at Apple Worldwide Developers Conference (AWWDC). The pre-order will start this Friday. The smart speaker, which was expected to be launched last year, will be enabled with an always-on voice assistant. HomePod will be launched in USA, UK and Australia in the first phase. The latest gadget by Apple will compete with Sonos’ high-end wireless speakers. The HomePod is expected to be priced around $349 globally.
