Apple iPhone X comes out as best selling smartphone in early 2018

New Delhi, May 06 (ANI): According to its quarterly earnings and contrary to analyst predictions, Apple’s most-expensive iPhone X came out to be its best-selling smartphone in the first quarter of 2018. The iPhone X was believed to impact Apple's sales revenue owing to its sheer USD 1,000 price tag. However, Apple shipped 16 million units of the 'most expensive iPhone ever' in the given quarter. In comparison, iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus, which were launched alongside the iPhone X, sold 12.5 million units and 8.3 million units respectively.
