Amazon confirms employees shared users’ details with third party sellers

New Delhi, Oct 08 (ANI): The e-commerce giant Amazon started notifying affected users, after news emerged about it sharing data of its users with third party sellers. Amazon has already fired the employee in question, and removed the seller who purchased customers’ email addresses. It has also asked customers to flag off instances when they receive unsolicited emails from sellers. It was previously reported that the sellers have paid as much as 2000 US dollar to get access to the data.
