WhatsApp launches business app globally

New Delhi, Jan 20 (ANI): World’s one of the biggest chatting platform with over 1 billion active users monthly, WhatsApp, launched much awaited business app in selected countries, including Mexico, UK, Italy, US. The next phase of launch is expected to hit the Indian market. The app available in Google’s Play Store in selected countries, is loaded with business features. The app currently available for small businesses enables the business’ to connect with the customers using features like Business Profiles, Messaging Statistics, Account Type, and Messaging Tools. The features also add ‘quick replies’, ‘greeting messages’, and ‘away messages’. Businesses can even register with their landlines in WhatsApp Business.
