New Delhi, Dec 08 (ANI): WhatsApp is all set to announce a new standalone app called WhatsApp Business. In a new FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) published on its platform, it informed about the new business-oriented profiles. The WhatsApp FAQ details revealed how to differentiate between verified Business accounts from non-verified ones. Several enterprises use WhatsApp to communicate with their consumers and clients, however, now the platform has decided to create a separate app for such companies. WhatsApp Business has interesting features such as auto responses, creating a business profile, chat migration and analytics. Currently the app is being tested by a small group of users and once the process is complete, WhatsApp Busines app will be available for the general users.
