New Delhi, Mar 20 (ANI): U.S. film and TV studio, The Weinstein Company, has officially declared bankruptcy. Troubles started mounting last year for the company after dozens of women accused its ex-Chairman Harvey Weinstein of sexual harassment and assault. Following which he was fired from the company. However, Weinstein consistently denied all the allegations against him. The company fell into financial troubles and had been looking for a buyer since then. It eventually made its filings at a Delaware court on Monday. The production house was known for its power and influence over box office.
